fast has no accounts, no analytics, no ads, no subscriptions, and no server-side data collection. Your fasting history, check-ins, reminder settings, app settings, and optional notes are stored locally on your device.

fast is for general wellness and habit tracking. It is not medical advice and does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

The app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Selected fasting plan and active fast timing.
• Completed, skipped, or ended-early fasts.
• Optional check-ins, including hunger, energy, mood, symptoms, and notes.
• Reminder preferences, theme preference, and app settings.

This information is used to show your timer, history, insights, reminders, widgets, and Live Activity.

Apple Health access is optional. If you enable it, fast may write completed fasts to Apple Health as mindful sessions and may read body weight to show a local trend card in the app.

Health permissions are controlled by iOS. You can grant, deny, or revoke access in iOS Settings or the Apple Health app. fast does not send Apple Health data to a server.

If you enable reminders, fast schedules local notifications on your device. Notification preferences can be changed in the app and in iOS Settings.

fast does not sell personal data and does not share your app data with advertisers, analytics providers, or a backend service. If you choose to export data, email support, send screenshots, or share information through iOS, that sharing is controlled by you.

Local app data remains on your device until you delete it, delete the app, or use the in-app delete option. Apple Health records are managed separately by iOS and the Apple Health app.

You can delete local fasting history and check-ins in the app settings. You can also remove the app from your device. For Apple Health records, use the Apple Health app or iOS Settings to review and delete health data.

Because fast has no accounts and no server-side data collection, there is no server account data to delete.
