- fast does not use accounts, so there is no password reset or sign-in recovery.
- fast does not use analytics, ads, subscriptions, or server-side data collection.
- Local notifications can be changed in the app and in iOS Settings.
- Apple Health access can be changed in iOS Settings or the Health app.
